Job Description:

  • Support Planning and Production Process Management
  • Understand the current function of Production & Planning Control.
  • Digitalisation of process through development of database and application to monitor all contract KPI to meet Service level agreement.

Competencies to learn:

Design Requirement Conceptualise and Analysis.

Planning & Control Operation

  • Understand the operation planning, control and scheduling requirement from various stakeholders such job requisition, verification, creation, closures and audit processes.
  • Identify process improvement to enhance productivity.
  • Reference to ISO 9002 standard and various stakeholder processes.
  • Understand the Service Delivery Performance requirement from various stakeholder.
  • Improve and development new service recovery plan to support operation.
  • Apply operational procedures from developed user guides to respond to ad-hoc user requests.
  • Resolve technical issues or problems for end users within a defined turnaround time.
  • Generate and articulate conceptual design to suit the application and present to stakeholders.

 

Design and Development using Web frontend and backend: Web knowledge and development (json, jquer, d3.js, nodejs, javascript, html, css, database SQL)

Performance Indicator Management

  • Presentation on the design concept and functions of real-time updating of processes and KPI.
  • Work with various stakeholder on the KPI real-time requirement (factors, raw data and computation criteria)
  • Develop of various database for job request, job status (in progress, completed).
  • Generation of reports.
  • Development of final application for real-time monitoring of task, KPI and customer service level achievement
  • Prepare and generation of instruction manual.

System Acceptance and Delivery

  • Prepared and development instruction manual.
  • Documentation Certification

 

Duration: 9 months

 

Requirements:

  • ITE in any discipline

This position is for both recent graduates and mid career individuals. Graduates interested in this position should possess a Poly Diploma Qualification. Mid career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
