Job Description : 

Candidate will be part of the Facilities Mgt Centre - Ops Support Team. He/She will:
  • Update / Maintain/ Operate ITeFM system for our program
  • Supports Call Centre routine tasks for MHA - Central program
  • Maintains all payment documents for programs managed by Ops Support Team for contractual & audit requirements
  • Compiles daily contract manpower movement requirement for under the programme
  • Ensure SOP is current. Facilites new staff on boarding under OJT to ensure that new staff are able to perform routine tasks. Contribute to process improvement via suggestions to ensure the routine processes are efficient and effective
Requirement : 
  • A / Dipolma / Degree level
  • At least 1 year relevant field experience in operations in Facilities Management in a Call Centre Setup  
  • Knowlege of MS Word  / Excel / Powerpoint 
  • Knowlege of simple programming is an added advantage
  • Good FM knowledge
  • Able to generate Management Report 
  • Working location at Harisson Road (Nearest MRT: Tai Seng)
  • This is a 2 years contract role
