Position Title: Lead Risk Management Facilitator (Project)

Responsibilities:
 

  • Lead Risk Management team and coordinate Risk Management implementation
  • Review of Risk Assessments
  • Prepare Civil Construction Safety Submission (CNSS), Civil Design Safety Submission (CDSS) and Project Safety Review (PSR)
  • Prepare Master Risk Register
  • Alleviate hazard identification and risk assessments for preparation of safety submission
  • Coordinate with various government authorities and external agencies to get necessary approval
  • Coordinate with external RMFs on hazard management
  • Deliver all necessary Method Statement and Risk Assessments for projects
  • Manage Risk Register and maintain it for the duration of the Contract
  • Incorporate pertinent risks from any related/interfaced works into Monthly Risk Report
  • Coordinate and interface with Construction Team, Staff, RE, RTO and Client.
 
 
Requirements:
 
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in infrastructure/plant construction projects.
  • Min Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Safety/Engineering or its equivalent field.
  • Trained in hazard identification and risk management methodologies and is able to deliver Risk Management Workshops
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Able to identify, intervene and solve problems. 
  • Able to interface seamlessly with engineering, construction and operations contractors.
