Position Title: Project Admin Executive (1 year Contract)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Division on administrative matters such as submission of progress report, documentation control, travel arrangement, etc
  • Staff related matters ie. Staff claims, leave etc
  • Track & follow through the Purchasing Process as well as follow up on logistics matters.
  • To coordinate all work process / tasks for the Division
  • Assist in adhoc assignments as required.


Requirements :

  • Min. GCE 'O' Level / Diploma
  • Min. 1 - 2 years' admin / revelant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Independent and requires minimum supervision  
  • Meticulous, independent, initiative
  • Good team player and able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
