Job Description:
• Deliver Electrical & Electronics support services
• Provide engineering support to company proprietary and non proprietary products
• Conduct failure investigation and prepare reports for issues based on findings from facts, research, studies and makes necessary recommendations and submit to relevant authority for approval
• Prepare and study electrical and electronics drawings and circuits, specifications of electrical & electronics systems, including harness, camera, drive, alternator, starter and genset, and scope of work to ensure MRO operations conform to standards and customer requirements
• Document work procedures based on technical requirements for the MRO components
• Analyse and interpret test information to resolve repaired related issues
• Design, maintain, service and implement components so to be able to integrate into in-service systems, and interpret specifications and electrical & electronics circuits for any re-engineering work required
• Perform literature searches on the subject area
• Act as project champion for R&D projects
• Responsible for training technicians; planning, assigning, and directing work to a group of technicians and engineers and; appraising addressing complaints and resolving issues that arises
• Appoint to be lead for a Platform to ensure the MRO component serviceability is met at all time


Job Requirements:
• Degree/ Diploma in Electronics/ Electrical engineering with 2 year of working experience related to Automotive fields or MRO Services
• Certified Reliability Engineer will be an added advantage
• Able to read and understand electrical & electronics drawings
• Knowledge in Army land systems products will be an added advantage
• Good interpersonal & communication skills, with strong ability to work within a team
• Can work under pressure within stringent datelines, independent and self-motivated
• Able to present ideas, approach and objectives clearly
• Able to engage and manage customers' requirements
• Possess leadership skills and motivate staffs reporting to candidate
• Able to apply IPC's 7711/7721 and IPC/WHMA-A-620
