Position Title: Senior/Project Manager (IoT) - ICS/IoT/SPM/TSK

We are looking for a competent Senior / Project Manager to lead in the end-to-end management & delivery of our IoT projects. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall coordination and timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.

Job Description:

Lead in end-to-end project management through the following activities (but not limited to): 
  • Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of a project
  • Report to the Head, System Delivery and act as the single point of contact to the client
  • Lead the discussions with the client on project matters, progress and issues
  • Provide timely updates to the management on the progress of the project
  • Manage partners, vendors and sub-contractors to ensure successful project delivery
  • Implement the programme directives for administrative, financial, contractual and technical procedures
  • Take responsibility for risk management, project budget & cashflow, implementation schedule, etc.
  • Ensure safety act and work/design safety measures & practices are adhered to during project execution
  • Conduct test readiness review prior to user and system acceptance tests
  • Work closely with Procurement and HR to bring in required materials and labour for project execution
  • Ensure timely project billings in accordance with project milestones
  • Perform other job responsibilities as and when assigned
Job Requirement:
  • Degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering, or a related subject with at least 5 years of related working experience (preferably with proven track record in Project Management Activities)
  • PMP certification or equivalent is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience in managing IoT and Smart City related projects is highly valued
  • Knowledge in IoT, Cloud, AI, and/or Cyber security will be advantageous
  • Experience in SI environment is preferred
  • Able to act independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate good leadership and planning skills
  • Self-driven and motivated individual, able to look at the bigger picture
  • Able to socialise and engage with partners, stakeholders and team members well
