Job Description:
  • Provide QA function to all business divisions in Business Unit on Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO)
  • Develop, implement, maintain & sustain the Quality performance of the products/services provided by the respective divisions within business unit
  • * Quality assurance (QA) operations 
  • Lead strategic plans and reviews, determine system improvements and implement change for QA team 
  • Responsible for advising, leading and hands-on implementation of quality control processes for production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards
  • Oversee and ensure audits completion, annual budgeting, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions 
  • Develop QA plans involving identification of critical control points and inventories monitoring
  • Validate and updating quality processes and procedures 
  • Prepare quality documentation and reports to analyse trends for stability studies, re-validations and management/customer reporting 
  • Constant update of job knowledge and share with team on trends and developments in quality management
  • * Human capital for leading an effective team 
  • Responsible for recruitment and training of employees 
  • Communicate, monitor, appraise and review job expectations and contributions 
  • Plan and review compensation actions
  • Enforce policies and procedures

  • Play a pivoted and leadership role through direction, guidance on dispositions to undertake in various quality related analysis

Job Requirements: 
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field
  • 5 years’ experience in quality field
  • Experience in an operational and industrial environment
  • Quality discipline certification preferred (e.g. CQA, CQE, CQM)
  • ASQ certified quality auditor
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 to gain right perspective of Quality Management System 
  • Comprehend, analyse and articulate/present facts and figures to internal and external stakeholders 
  • Ability to embrace challenges, critical thinking to resolve arising issues with business focus 
  • Experience in effectively leading a team of technicians and engineers
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, independent and self-motivated
  • Active involvement in professional organizations would be an added advantage
