Job Description
  • Provide post-sales support services for autonomous material handling equipment
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customers' operational issues and service request
  • Provide technical advice to on-site engineers and customers via remote support to resolve complex issue
  • Perform standby duties if required
Job Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering from a recognised institution
  • Preferably with good knowledge and minimum 3 years hands on experience in any of the following areas: Trouble-shooting of Autonomous Equipment system control; Diagnostic and rectifying faults via VPN/ RDP Network; Programming experience on C++, Go or Web Application; Server, Database and Software Maintenance; Networking Setup and Configuration; Web frontend and backend support
