Position Title: Account Manager

Your role and responsibilities as the Account Manager are: -
  1. Undertake local & regional biz Development/ Sales responsibilities with annual targets
  2. A customer facing role that will have direct interaction with customer
  3. Responsible for the business, up-selling, cross-selling & expansion
  4. Responsible for accurate forecasting and management of deal through the entire sales lifecycle
  5. Develop a clear and concise understanding of the customer needs, strategies, operational maturity and business goals
  6. Understand, articulate and position the business units Public Safety & Security solutions and portfolio to customers and partners
  7. Perform role of Bid manager for Tenders/RFQs and interface with Customers
  8. Work with Internal Engineering Team for preparation of Proposals, Quotation and Offers that address customer’s requirements
Requirements: -
  1. Degree in Software Engineering / Business Management
  2. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  3. Experience in working on Government / Ministries tenders or accounts is desirable
  4. Experienced in Prepare Pricing Proposal and Bid Strategy with inputs from team members. 
  5. Experience in reviewing Conditions of Contract
  6. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to analyse & interpret market trends
  7. Experience in software solutions / IT network is desirable
  8. Self-driven and independent, highly motivated and good team player that is able to work within tight schedules
  9. Excellent communication and writing skills, problem solving abilities and negotiation skills
  10. Able to travel overseas is desirable
