Position Title: Material Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate spare buy closely with Purchasing Department to meet optimum stock turnaround for both Production and customer.  
  • To ensure production and operation are run through smoothly. 
  • Provide updated material status and liaise with respective departments or suppliers for best lead time or turnaround time. 
  • Attend daily customer / production meeting.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned.  
Job Requirements:
  • GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Candidates with purchasing/ material/warehouse experience and knowledge in SAP will have an added advantage
  • Able to work independently and multi-task
  • A team player with pleasant personality
