Job Description : 
  • Assist in preparation of project documents for update to operations for costing and billing purposes.
  • Assist operations in submission of billing advice for timely invoicing
  • Perform any ad hoc project related duties assign including preparation of operation reports required from time to time.
  • To facilitate submission of operations-related reports.
  • Assist in filing/scanning of documents. 
Requirements : 
  • Possess relevant job experience in documentation and administrative tasks especially for projects
  • Meticulous and attentive with details.
  • Possess sound knowledge in Microsoft office especially Excel (Familiar with Pivot Table, Vlookup etc)
  • Knowledge in Gebiz and SAP system is an added advantage
  • Need to work closely with Finance and operations
  • Service oriented and must be able to work as a team with good EQ in managing internal/external parties, timeline and work.
