The Business Development Managers will work closely with sales and product teams to understand, influence and ensure customer requirements to devise effective solutions. This role will encompass focus identifying qualified sales leads and building the pipeline and drive the business growth. 
  • Identify and map business strengths and customer needs.
  • Research business opportunities and viable income streams.
  • Responsible for building regional / local partnerships with suppliers and local partners as per business plan requirements.
  • Follow industry trends and cooperate with the product team to drive innovation and change on product roadmaps.
  • Have a deep understanding of the customer and market segment (Airports).
  • Demonstrated Commercial success in building business and partnerships in the domain.
  • Able to develop knowledge of our customers and users and apply that to manage new and existing products and services in conjunction with Sales and Product Management.
  • Able to understand technical issues and constraints, as well as stakeholder requirements and expected outcomes.
  • Minimum 5 years proven experience in Business Development / Sales in airports
  • Experience with design and implementation of a business development strategy
  • Solution design, knowledge of integration, implementation and service strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to work in matrix organisation with multifunctional teams
  • Strong commercial acumen with financial, effective influencing, negotiation and people management skills
