Job Description:
  • To work with project manager to improve the customer satisfaction level in all aspects such as environment, systems, people, products and services
  • To maintain awareness of market trends in the Autonomous transportation market, understand forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what competitors are doing for effective marketing strategies
  • Propose constructive approaches to superior in resolving issues and problems pertaining to action plans implementation
  • Identify and develop new business and market opportunities in both Government and Commercial sectors
  • Able to source for new customer as well as maintaining good client relationships
  • Handle product management for launches, campaigns and develop press release materials
  • Plan and execute CRM and Aftersales activities to increase customer engagement
Job Requirements:
  • At least a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Sales Management or other affiliated courses
  • Prior experience in managing Autonomous vehicle projects will be an added advantage
  • At least 5 years of sales and marketing experince in an engineering or automotive industry
  • Familiar with sales management strategies and adequate exposure to the APAC market
  • Good organizational skills and ability to carry out multiple and intricate tasks
  • Strong in negotiations and conflict management
  • Independent and good team player
