Job Description
  • Support on-boarding to issue uniform, shoes and passes
  • Custodian of keys and administration of carpark car decal  
  • Support and coordinate health screening 
  • Provide support in company organised activities and events..
  • General administration & maintenance of office premise.
  • In charge of ordering and recording of office supplies.
  • Coordinate internal/external dispatch include sorting incoming letters and documents
  • Allocate to proper cost centre to Invoices and bills

Job Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least 2 years experience in similar functions.
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Preferably familiar with SAP.
  • Certificate/NITEC, in any field.
  • Reliable, proactive, responsible, resourceful and independent.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Able to communicate in spoken and written in Mandarin and English
