Innosparks is a first of its kind engineering-based incubator founded by ST Engineering. As a dynamic innovation platform and springboard to new and disruptive technologies, our Open Lab offers a pool of skilled engineers, advanced equipment and labs to support innovators in accelerating the development of their ideas to prototypes and products.

We are setting up a new Business Development team to rapidly bring our prototypes and products to markets all over the world. In this role, you'll be responsible for starting a new team that will develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies for Innosparks’ products, including developing and cultivating global sales opportunities and channels.

Responsibilities
  • Lead market research, develop and implement a Go-to-Market strategy including pricing/positioning for new products and innovations
  • Create market demand, develop new sales channels and forge strategic partnerships for Innosparks product portfolio, including direct sales where appropriate
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product’s competitiveness via customer/channel feedback, industry trends, market activities and competitive analysis to improve our product value proposition
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • Demonstrated results in Go-to-Market strategy development and implementation, business development, direct sales, partnerships and/or channel development
  • Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with multiple time-sensitive projects
  • Self-motivated individual with a creative problem-solving approach, and the ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including advanced agreements, influence, and public speaking ability
