Position Title: Business Development Manager

- Formulate business development strategies to lead the expansion of safety products into new overseas markets.
- Analyze emerging trends and market movements, in order to refine business strategy and to influence future product designs.
- Perform competitor analysis and review our product positioning.
- Perform cost-benefit and feasibility analysis on potential business opportunities
- Establish key distribution channels and retail platforms.
- Liaise and work with key distributors, wholesalers and customers. 
- Review and refine marketing plans, based on data-driven insights and feedback from key stakeholders
- Perform customer visits, conduct product demonstration and training.
- Service customer accounts, following up with after-sales support, feedback and repeated sales. 

Requirements
5 years job experience in a business development or sales-related appointment
- Strong sales orientation, networking and portfolio management skills
- Able to spearhead and present business case
- Experience in Safety or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) industry preferred
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
