Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
-Responsible for all the billing matters under the invoicing system.
-Ensure all the invoices and credit notes are generated timely and accurately
-Liaise with relevant departments and customers to resolve discrepancies
-Verify and review accuracy of billing details
-Co-ordinate with inter-department with regards to special billing instructions
-Ensure documents are filed promptly and accurately
-Ensure payment receipts are matched in the billing system promptly and accurately
-Uploading of invoices into customers online portals
-Work with functional groups and IT staff to improve current billing system/processes
-Ensure proper documentation of new operational process/workflows
Diploma in Accounting / Business Administration or equivalent
