Job Description:
- Responsible for ensuring development teams deliver a quality solution that meets the business requirements
- Determines the critical test objectives and how they should be coordinated and accomplished
- Designs and implements quality processes to ensure all deliverables meets the required standards
- Formulate integration, test strategies, procedures, approach and methodologies
- Develops Master test plan, and test packages with assistance from Software and Systems Leader(s)
- Leads test team in the preparation of test specifications, preparation of test data, and test execution
- Guide Test team in day to day activities
- Tracks and monitors all testing outcomes, including issues and defects raised
- Reports to Project Manager/ customers on a day to day basis
- Develops and monitors cutover checklist and action plans, and migration activities
- Deliver test reports and results
- Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
- Sound understanding of all aspects of system testing
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Experience in testing and application development
- Experience in systems with mobile deployment will be advantageous
- Knowledge in Automated Functional testing framework would be advantageous
